missing safebedside plugs
Our room lacked a safe. I had to lug valuables around ALL day. There ALSO weren't any plugs by the bed, so charging devices overnight was a hassle. The room felt pretty bare. While it was clean, it didn't quite justify the price. The value just wasn't there.

Charmed by the Hospitality!

friendly staffclean roomfresh optionlovely atmosphere
The staff were friendly, always ready to assist with directions. The room was clean and well kept, it had everything I needed. Breakfast included many hot and fresh options, I tried pizza and a cocktail. Both were well-prepared. I really enjoyed the location near Botanic Avenue. There were many restaurants with a lovely atmosphere
My room lacked a small fridge. it would have been useful to keep water cold.

Acceptable stay, some issues

small bathroomconstant humming
The room size felt cramped. I wished for more space to move around. The bathroom was also quite small. I noticed a humming noise periodically. It occurred every few minutes. I reported it to reception, and they apologized, but the noise persisted.

friendly staffsuperb breakfastmissing safebasic room
The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb. I found lots of local information and the location was very close to Queen's University (it is great for exploring).
There was no safe in the room. Plugs next to the beds would have been useful for plugging in devices in the evening. I found the room very basic and didn't match the value for what we paid.
